If you are new to Knoxville you are in for a treat as you explore the city, the county and the beautiful countryside in the Greater Knoxville area. For those of us fortunate enough to live here already the most challenging task is to find time to take advantage of all the area has to offer. We are very fortunate to have such a wide array of activities and resources that are usually found only in larger metropolitan areas but without the high costs and high stress levels of other areas.

We consider Knoxville to be the “Center” because around 75% of the nation’s population is within a day’s drive and a drive in any direction will astound you with the natural beauty that surrounds us. When you live here you can hike in the mountains, stroll through our world class zoo, go to a college or professional ball game and listen to our symphony—all in the same day if you want!
